David Clyne

David Clyne is a qualified professional with extensive experience in project and validation engineering. Currently serving as a Project Lead at Alkermes since March 2017, David focuses on creating change controls within the GEP group and possesses expertise in utilities such as chilled water, compressed air, purified water, WFI, and HVAC. Prior to this role, David worked as a Senior Validation Engineer at Athlone Laboratories, specializing in process and cleaning validation, environmental qualification, and utility qualification. David's earlier career includes management positions at various construction companies, including Stewart Construction and Cordil Construction, where responsibilities encompassed site management for significant projects. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management and Technology from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Abertay University.
