Declan O'Neill

Declan O'Neill is an experienced supply chain professional with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Performance at Alkermes since January 2020, Declan has previously held roles including Supply Chain Manager and Senior Supply Chain Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes positions such as Supply Chain Systems Lead and Supply Chain Planner at Aspen Pharma Ireland Ltd and Aspen Pharma, respectively. Declan began the career as a Production Planner at Kepak Group and has also gained experience in administrative and sales roles in various other organizations. Declan’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Technological University Dublin and ongoing studies for a Diploma in Digital Innovation & Transformation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
