Frederick Ryan

Frederick Ryan has extensive experience in policy and government relations, currently serving as Director of Policy & Government Relations at Alkermes since January 2019, after advancing from the position of Associate Director. Prior to this role, Frederick held a notable tenure as Chief of Police at the Arlington, Massachusetts Police Department from September 1999 to January 2019. Frederick's educational background includes a Senior Executives in State & Local Government degree from Harvard Kennedy School in 2013, completion of Session 186 at the FBI National Academy in 1996, and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Arts in Public Administration at Framingham State University.
