Greg Apostol

Greg Apostol, MS, CSSGB, CMR, currently serves as Vice President and Head of Market Access at Alkermes, a position held since September 2018. In this role, Greg leads the development of Market Access capabilities and commercial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Key Account Management and Field Reimbursement at Alkermes and in various leadership roles at Astellas Pharma, including Vice President of Health Systems and Senior National Director for Key Account Management. Greg's tenure at Pfizer lasted nearly a decade, during which responsibilities included managing key accounts and fostering strategic collaborations. Greg holds a Master's Degree in Health Systems from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a Master Certificate in Lean Enterprise Solutions from Villanova University, and a BA in Business Administration and History from Colby College.
