Harold Weekes possesses extensive experience in human resources, holding key leadership positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director, HRBP & Diversity Lead at Alkermes since April 2019, Harold has previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute and held various HR roles at Alkermes, Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Merck Serono, Wyeth, and MFS Investment Management. Harold's career spans over two decades, marked by a focus on HR strategy and diversity initiatives. Educationally, Harold holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
