Kathy Pollard

Kathy Pollard is an experienced Training Specialist II in Manufacturing Support at Alkermes since August 2019, previously serving as a Manufacturing Training Associate from 2001 to 2019, where Kathy developed computer-based training and evaluated training effectiveness. Kathy's extensive background in manufacturing includes roles as Manufacturing Associate in both LMA and Clinical Manufacturing, where responsibilities encompassed recrystallization, process monitoring, and equipment sanitization, along with supervisory roles focused on compliance and training. Before joining Alkermes, Kathy worked in various manufacturing capacities at companies such as Duramed Pharmaceuticals and Toyobo Stearns, and has a solid educational foundation with an Associate of Applied Science in Interactive Media & Simulation from Southern State Community College.
