Lara Finlayson

Lara Finlayson is an experienced professional in clinical program management, currently serving as Director of Clinical Program Management at Alkermes since July 2018, where previous roles include Associate Director and various managerial positions. Prior to this, Lara held the position of Clinical Trial Manager at BERG Health for a short period in 2017 and served in multiple capacities at Alkermes from 2015 to 2017, including Senior Clinical Trial Associate and Clinical Trial Associate. Lara’s career began at Yale University School of Medicine as a Clinical Research Coordinator from 2011 to 2015 and included a role as Coordinator of Program Services at Community Options, Inc. From the University of Connecticut, Lara earned a Bachelor's degree with a research concentration in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience.
