Leora Rodenstein

Leora Rodenstein serves as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Alkermes, having progressed through various roles within the company since March 2017. Prior to Alkermes, Leora was a Senior Associate at WilmerHale, where expertise included corporate law, representing public and private companies in equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and various corporate governance matters. Earlier experiences include positions at Paul, Weiss, where Leora worked as a Senior Litigation Paralegal, along with externships at Deutsche Bank and Eton Park Capital Management, and an internship at the United States Attorney's Office. Leora holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Government from Wesleyan University.
