Ricky Chang

Ricky Chang possesses extensive experience in sales incentive compensation, having held progressive positions at Alkermes from November 2019 to February 2024, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Analyst roles. Prior to Alkermes, Ricky served as a Sales Incentive Analyst and Sales Operations Analyst Intern at Rapid7 from May 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, experience was gained at RTN Federal Credit Union as a Mortgage Intern and Consumer Loans Intern from May 2015 to May 2017. Ricky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in the Emerging Leaders Program at UMass Boston, expected to complete in September 2024.
