Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations, benefits, and technology. Since April 2012, Shannon has held various leadership positions at Alkermes, including Vice President of HR Operations and Technology, demonstrating a robust progression from Associate Director to Vice President in the organization. Prior experience includes significant roles at Alkermes, Inc. from 2004 to 2012, as well as positions at Winchester Hospital, Workscape, Inc., @stake, Inc., and Cambridge Technology Partners. Shannon possesses a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, earned from 1987 to 1991.
