Shawn Webb

Shawn Webb is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and computer systems management. Currently serving as a Sr Technical Support Specialist at Alkermes since February 2016, Shawn previously held the position of Technical Services Specialist II within the same company. Prior to this, Shawn gained experience as an IT Intern at A.C.I, where responsibilities included ghosting PCs and assisting in diagnosing desktop issues. A contract role as a Computer Technician at Aerotek involved building servers and configuring system CMOS and BIOS, while earlier experience at SureBridge focused on monitoring computer systems and conducting nightly backups. Shawn holds a degree in PC/Networking with Security from the American Career Institute, completed in 2011, alongside various certifications including A+, Networking+, Security, and MCTIP.
