Steven Simmons

Steven Simmons, PhD, currently serves as a Medical Science Liaison II at Alkermes, where the focus is on building relationships with key thought leaders in the fields of serious mental illness and addiction. Prior to this role, Steven was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, leading an addiction-based research team and enhancing mentoring and teaching methodologies. Steven's academic journey includes a PhD in Neuroscience from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, complemented by research experience that includes presenting at conferences and contributing to multiple publications in the addiction literature.
