Susan Colby

Susan Colby is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Alkermes since October 2007, Susan has been instrumental in organizational design, learning and development, and leadership development, as well as in global engagement and talent management initiatives. Previously, at Clopay Plastic Products and Clopay Corporation, Susan held the position of Human Resources Manager, where significant contributions were made to improve employee engagement and community involvement while achieving outstanding safety and productivity results. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at NCR. Susan holds a Certified Coach designation from Coach Training Alliance and has earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Xavier University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
