Tim Elmore

Tim Elmore, PMP, serves as the Director of Project Services at Alkermes since December 2002, overseeing project portfolio management and major capital projects related to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Validation. During tenure, Tim has held roles including Project Manager, where responsibilities included leading the project management department and overseeing multi-departmental and external collaborations, as well as developing training for project management. Tim also served as Manager of Construction Management, establishing a construction organization for major expansions and renovations with a comprehensive oversight of budgeting and execution processes. Prior experience includes serving as Procurement Manager at Fluor from January 2001 to December 2002, managing site procurement activities and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and has earned certifications in Six Sigma (Black Belt) and Project Management.
