Charles Hardman

Charles Hardman has extensive experience in leadership, advisory roles, and education. They served as a Non-Executive Director at Carers Victoria from 2015 to 2022 and as a Lead Mentor at The Leaders Mentor until 2022. Currently, Charles is a Customer Experience Strategy Consultant at Alkhemy and Principal at 5D Service Design, where they leverage their expertise in service design and customer strategy. Charles also holds a Diploma in Psychology (Organisational) from Monash University and a Master's in Professional Education & Training from Deakin University.
