Daniel Masata

Daniel Masata is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in change management and workforce solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Volonte.co since January 2020, Daniel leads a premier Enterprise Change Management platform. Daniel also serves as a board member for multiple organizations, including ALKU and Radancy, both since June and July 2022 respectively, and House of HR since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Daniel founded Skill Principals in August 2018, focusing on extended workforce management. Daniel's prior experience includes serving as Global Head of Strategy & Transformation at The Adecco Group, where strategic global initiatives and digital transformation were implemented. Daniel holds a master’s degree in International Management from the University of Mannheim and has studied at prestigious institutions including EDHEC Business School, IMD, Hyper Island, and INSEAD.
