John Bull

John Bull started at ALKU as a Recruiting Intern and became a full-time employee in June of 2015 as a Peoplesoft Recruiter. John continued on to become one of the first Workday Recruiters when the Workday division grew from PeopleSoft. John’s hard work and dedication have been the main building blocks to Workday’s continued success. John has been named Recruiter of the Year for three consecutive years.

Since being promoted to Workday Recruiting Manager, John has done an incredible job leading Workday into the position they are in today. For years, John has developed an absolute powerhouse of a recruiting team, along with developing successful managers and future leaders. Throughout the years, John has taken the time to truly understand and educate himself on the Workday market and was a huge piece to the strategy behind the success of further specializing ALKU’s Workday division into Financials and HCM.

In his role, John is responsible for the oversight of Recruiting within Workday HCM and Workday Financials. He will continue to develop and work with Workday HCM and Workday Financials Recruiting Managers and will play a large part in the recruiting operations within these two groups.
