Prior to joining ALKU, Leah held a key role in a major political campaign where her organizational and interpersonal skills were developed. Leah then joined ALKU as a recruiter and played an integral part in building and managing the ALKU Quality division and its leaders. Due to her incredible drive and work ethic, Leah advanced into her current role as the Senior Director of Training and Development. In this role, Leah is responsible for establishing Regional Training Centers for ALKU; getting these centers off the ground; standardizing training in all offices and divisions; and identifying people to run and manage these centers.
