Steve Dowling joined ALKU in 2015, as the first Workday Account Manager. When Steve started, he made it his mission to become a good Account Manager. He also understood the importance of relationship building and made it a point to get to know everyone he interacted with internally, both on a business and a personal level. This commitment to his team is why Steve has emerged as not only a leader in his group, but a leader for other Account Managers across the company. For the past year, Steve has been mentoring his fellow Account Managers on the Workday team, as well maintaining and achieving his own individual success.
Steve Dowling is one of ALKU’s leaders when it comes to continuing to increase revenue growth and our company culture. He has become ALKU’s “process” guy and instilled that in his mentees. With all of this and more, it led to his promotion to Workday Sales Manager.
In Steve’s role as the Workday Sales Manager, he manages the development of the Account Managers in Workday.
