Tyler has 11 years of experience in the staffing & consulting industry, with 10 years being focused on Healthcare IT. He has been working at Holland Square Group since May of 2016. Tyler started working remotely as a Lead EHR Recruiter. As the division continued to show success and was growing substantially, Tyler was promoted to the Director of EHR Recruiting, Franklin & Charlotte. He was responsible for establishing and growing the Charlotte office location along with leading recruiting efforts within the division.
Today, Tyler continues to be responsible for the growth, strategy, performance and mentorship of the EHR division.
