All Abilities Ireland are Neurodiversity champions, empowering children and adults to live a more enriching life. We nurture and inspire every individual who joins us from childhood to adulthood through community-based programmes and online classes.

EARLY YEARS, CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS (0 TO 18)

All Abilities Theatre & Arts:

We are focused on connecting all through social clubs and artistic formats. We believe our ways of approaching every group is unique and delivered to the highest standards. It is our goal to create an environment that will let our students be creative, grow their self-esteem and help them to reach their potential in a variety of aspects of their life.

Our integrated classes are connecting students of all abilities, to nurture equality, understanding and mainly an idea that we are all equal. Mentors are always welcome.

ADULTS

Supported Job Placement: 

We cater to the needs of those with hidden disabilities, ADHD, ADD, ASD, Dyspraxia and Dyslexia, many of whom have third-level qualifications but due to the social, emotional, planning or organisational issues associated with their conditions, they can't hold down a job long term. We provide supported Administration, Web Design, Marketing & CAD roles within our company and support business-sponsored roles within and outreach in the community.

Business Collaboration: 

We partner with local and nationwide businesses who outsource work to us and in turn create employment within All Abilities for those marginalised and excluded from regular employment. Over time supported by our volunteer staff, they gain the skills required to excel and obtain a job in their own right to become a fully functional member of society.
