Our mission is both to develop the teachers and trainers who are the academic drivers of quality and to support schools and academies in their processes of review and development.

As co-founders of All About Educational we recognised the need for targeted, individualised, personalised support in the education sector. We are genuinely different. We meet you where you are and we help you to move to where you want to be. In practice this means working with you rather than for you, developing on-going relationships and knowing what all great teachers instinctively know, which is that the human touch is what matters most.

The outcome of high quality training and support is greater efficiency. Knowing how to do your job better as a teacher or leader in education means the impact on learners is maximised.  They achieve more because nothing improves their motivation like a sense of purposeful progress. But also with gains in efficiency come time savings, quicker routes to success, reductions in stress and the confidence to take the risks that turn good into outstanding.
