All Around Performance was founded out of a deep understanding of the challenges faced on the frontline — having personally experienced trauma, hardship, and the devastating consequences of an untrained, overburdened, and overlooked workforce. We've witnessed firsthand the injury and loss of colleagues.

We develop values-driven, high-performance leaders in demanding environments — oil and gas, military, first response, and athletics — by blending real-world experience, psychology-informed practices, and uncompromising standards of trust, clarity, and execution.

We are a team of experienced leaders, problem-solvers, and execution specialists with backgrounds in high-risk industries, military operations, and complex frontline leadership. We don't just teach leadership; we live it. We have made tactical decisions with real consequences, led teams through uncertainty, and created success when failure was not an option. We develop leaders who do the same.

Our programs span high-performance leadership training, professional development courses, keynote speaking, and experiential events — built for one environment: the front line.
