All But Sugar develops the first sugar alternative platform technology that copies sugar 1:1 without harming health and without the side effects of usual sugar alternatives. Through our modular system we can seamlessly replicate the taste, volume and functionality of sugar, while being plant-based, sugarfree, without synthetical sweeteners. By merging data science, process innovation, and application technology with research in gastroenterology and nutritional science, we replicate the properties of sucrose without side effects. Leading to the perfect imitation of sugar through 1 to 1 plug-and-play solutions for every food application.
