Chris Webb

Chris Webb is a seasoned human resources and labor relations professional with extensive experience leading HR initiatives across various organizations in the metals and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at All-Clad Metalcrafters since January 2022, Chris has previously held significant positions at ELG Haniel Metals, Corp., Carpenter Technology Corporation, and Carmeuse North America, among others. Notable achievements include supervising HR operations for over 800 employees, managing labor relations for steelworkers, and successfully negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Chris holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
