Grant Cooper

Grant Cooper has over a decade of experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Associate Human Resources Manager at All-Clad Metalcrafters since May 2016, Grant has previously worked as a Recruiter at 84 Lumber, where responsibilities included candidate screening, managing hiring processes, and conducting career fairs. Grant also held various roles at 84 Lumber, including Operations Manager, overseeing inventory management across 32 stores, and Manager Trainee, gaining fundamental knowledge of store operations. Earlier roles include Landman at DPS Penn, conducting title research for oil leases, and positions within the Washington County District Attorney's Office and SPHS, focusing on victim services and case management. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Thiel College.
