Daniel Kelley

Daniel Kelley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success- Expansion at All Covered since December 2025, Kelley has held senior leadership positions at various organizations, including Vice President of Worldwide CX at Swimlane and Vice President of Customer Success at Redjack. With a solid background in the Department of Defense, Kelley has developed and managed complex projects at the Defense Information Systems Agency and has expertise in requirements management and budget oversight. Academic credentials include an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Northern Virginia Community College.
