Michael Baron

Michael Baron is an accomplished Enterprise Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in IT service delivery and management. They began their career as a Compliance and Network Administrator at the U.S. Coast Guard from 2000 to 2004, later advancing to a Senior Network Engineer at Compuquip Technologies until 2009. Michael further honed their skills as a Technical Account Manager at All Covered before serving as a Service Delivery Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Service Delivery, where they oversee day-to-day infrastructure management and strategic project execution. They hold an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, both earned summa cum laude, as well as a Master of Business Administration.
