Ross Paulson

Ross Paulson is an experienced professional in engineering and process management, currently serving as Process Engineering Manager at All Flex Solutions since August 2021, leading a team focused on building heaters, flexible circuits, and CatheterFlex for medical, military, and aerospace markets. Prior to this role, Paulson worked at Minco Products, Inc. for over 23 years, where responsibilities included leading a team of process engineers and fulfilling various roles in production and manufacturing. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Machine Designer at Douglas Machine Inc., contributing to the design of continuous motion packaging machines, and operating a 300-acre dairy farm from a young age. Paulson holds a degree in Engineering Technology from St. Cloud State University.
