Through collaboration and advocacy, they work to amplify the impact of the organization’s programs and ensure sustainable funding for future endeavors.

This team, comprised of the Board of Directors and Trustees, provides strategic guidance, evaluates programs for effectiveness, and maintains accountability to stakeholders, ultimately fostering a culture of transparency and integrity within the nonprofit.

The Human Resources and Talent Management team at All For Kids focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining skilled professionals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable children and families.
