All Hands is collectively owned and run by a crew of passionate and visionary publishing experts. Our mission is simple: write, read, and publish stories as a community. Because art made with a Crew of real humans in real time is always going to be better.

Our exclusive, 12-month Author Development Program is designed to help our writers-in-residence craft the books they’ve always wanted to write, grow an organic, loyal readership, and learn how to make an income from their work even before publication.

For those who prefer short-form content and faster publication cycles, we are launching FROGSKIN, a literary journal dedicated to sharing more weird, passionate, gorgeous content with the world. Submissions open February 1st 2026, and it is 100% free to submit!

True to our values, we are building this ship out loud and in public, and are inviting you along for the adventure. Give us a follow, share your thoughts about what you’d like to see next, and hold onto your main sails. Because we’re about to have a mighty year indeed!
