Leslie Loo is an experienced Helpdesk Manager at All-in-1, where management of a team of 10 staff members, including Helpdesk Tier 1, Tier 2, and Technicians, has been a key responsibility since December 1997. This team provides support to over 100 branches. Prior to this role, Leslie served as a Budget Analyst at Contempo Casuals from 1989 to 1995. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, obtained between 1986 and 1990.

All-In-1 was established in 1991. It is the “administrative” arm of the companies within the ACT•1 Group, providing the back-office support for the various Howroyd Companies. Such administrative support includes much of the accounting functions, operations training, credit and collection efforts, benefits administration, and the management information systems technical support.
