Patrick White Jr. has extensive experience in the information technology field, currently serving as a Systems Administrator, MSP Engineer, Systems Engineer, and Level 1 Analyst at All Lines Technology since December 2015. In this role, responsibilities include providing phone support for helpdesk and MSP customers as well as monitoring network operations through shared email. Previously, an Information Systems Intern at Heritage Valley Health System from August 2012 to May 2014, Patrick offered phone, deskside, and remote support for employees and health providers while utilizing Active Directory for account management. Patrick holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Pittsburgh Technical College, completed between 2010 and 2012.
