All Mighty Sync – an application for schools specialized in extracurricular activities in the fields of arts and sports.

Why extracurricular activities — and why us?

Because this exact segment—especially the creative and artistic one—is the most neglected part of the educational ecosystem.
Schools have e-gradebooks, kindergartens have STIOkids and Brundo…
But what do cultural and artistic associations, dance schools, or judo clubs have?

A large number of members and communication chaos: no one is ever truly sure whether rehearsal was moved from Wednesday to some random Saturday.

They are most often run by artists and athletes who, by necessity, have become managers and administrators. All they want is to teach and create.

And we are those same members and students from the past—now trainers and teachers ourselves. For years, we’ve been struggling with the same problems: attendance tracking, communication, sharing materials, teacher substitutions, and payment records. Over 80% of our respondents confirmed these exact issues.

This is where All Mighty Sync comes in—the first application for extracurricular, creative, and sports schools in the Balkans that connects teachers, parents, students, and administration into one secure system—without lost messages, improvised spreadsheets, stress, or endless Viber groups.

Schools using All Mighty Sync save time, reduce staff overload, and provide parents and students with clarity and transparency—directly building trust.
