Eric Hansen

Eric Hansen started their work experience at the United States Department of the Army in 2010 as a Training Instructor. Eric worked in this role until 2014.

In 2014, Eric Hansen joined the All Native Group, The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc. Eric initially worked as a Team Leader in the DSS Driver Training Unit, where they managed the schedules of 52 instructors and facilitated the training of over 16,000 students. Eric also mentored three team members who later became team leaders. From there, they progressed to the role of Operations Chief in the same unit. In this role, they implemented a system of scheduling spreadsheets to manage instructor workflow and increased instructor morale. Eric also addressed the issue of unsustainable costs for expendable vehicles.

Overall, Eric Hansen has a strong background in training instruction and leadership in driver training units.

Eric Hansen began their education journey in 2020 at Drury University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Eric completed this academic program in 2022. In 2023, Eric enrolled at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they are expected to complete in 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Eric also obtained a certification in MBA Math Quantitative Skills Course from MBA Math in April 2023.
