Evn Rss currently serves as a Personnel Recovery Instructor at All Native Group, within the Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc., since July 2018. In this role, Evn Rss is a subject matter expert in personnel recovery efforts, focusing on tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and is responsible for course planning, organization, and evaluation. Prior experience includes five years as a Combat Search and Rescue Helicopter Pilot in the United States Air Force, where Evn Rss led rescue operations with significant budget management and integrated with joint forces in various international locations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Russian Studies from Baylor University.
