Phil Dyer

Phil Dyer is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Financial Controller at ALL.SPACE since March 2023. Prior to this role, Phil was the Group Finance Manager at Miura Systems Ltd, where responsibilities included supporting the CFO in a mid-senior level finance, HR, and administration position. At Chelton, from January 2018 to December 2021, Phil functioned as the Senior Finance Business Partner, aiding the CFO and leadership team in executing business strategies and preparing reports for multiple businesses across the UK, Finland, and the US, while also leading financial aspects of acquisition integrations. Phil’s career began at Cobham Antenna Systems, where roles progressed from Assistant Group Accountant to Financial Controller, managing a significant finance team and responsibilities in financial reporting. Early experience at PEAK Technologies involved European financial accounting, internal audit, tax, and statutory reporting, including implementing SOX 404 compliance.
