Ruby Heredia

Ruby Heredia has been working in the customer service and administrative fields since 2017. From 2021 to present, they have been working as an Inside Sales/ Customer Service for All-State Industries, Inc. In this role, they strive for quick complaint resolution and provides quality service to customers. Ruby also assists customers via telephone or email to provide information about products and services, and collaborates with production to meet customer's requirements. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Payroll Clerk/ Office Administrator for Staff Force Personnel Services. In this role, they entered up to 500 timesheets every week, while carefully searching for mistakes and errors to avoid any inaccuracies to the employees pay, which decreased payroll errors by 20%. Ruby also communicated with various departments to process pay information and handle questions from supervisors and employees about paychecks, timecards, invoices and other payroll related problems. Additionally, they used Excel and Avionte software to manage weekly and monthly billing reports.

Ruby Heredia is currently studying Accounting at the University of North Texas, which they began in 2019. Ruby previously obtained an Associate of Arts - AA from North Central Texas College.
