Tina Thousand

Tina Thousand has a long and varied work experience in the technology sector. Tina started their career at Ernst & Young LLP as a staff auditor and gradually worked their way up to become a manager and project manager for ERP package implementations. After that, they joined Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as a senior manager, where they led ERP package implementations and BI/Data Warehouse design and development engagements for clients like Buffets, Inc.

Thousand then moved on to Buffets, Inc. as the CIO and Vice President of Information Technology, where they transformed the IT team to become process-driven change agents. Tina then joined Caribou Coffee, initially as the Vice President of Information Technology, and later as the Vice President of Technology Development and Innovation for Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros. Bagels. In these roles, they led technology strategy and development for customer experience, eCommerce, business applications, and retail store technology across a large number of corporate and franchise restaurants.

Thousand's next role was as the CIO and Vice President of Information Technology at Werner Electric, where they were responsible for elevating the technology team's capabilities, driving revenue growth, and improving margins. Following this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Re-Bath, LLC, where they established the technology function and developed the technology vision and strategy.

Thousand's most recent position is as the Chief Information Officer at All Surfaces, where they oversee the technology function for multiple leading brands in the floor covering and flooring installation supply distribution industry.

Throughout their career, Thousand has demonstrated expertise in technology leadership, ERP package implementations, business intelligence, and data analysis. Tina has worked with a range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, distribution, and non-profit.

Tina Thousand attended the Wisconsin School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree with a double major in Accounting and Marketing. Tina also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant in 1996, although it is currently inactive.
