John Rowe

John Rowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and property sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder at All Things Bloom and CFO at Vect AI since November 2023, John also holds the position of Commercial Director at Bloom Construction Group. Previous roles include Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyor at The Thornton Partnership, managing high-end commercial refurbishments, and Project Assistant at Meanwhile Space CIC. John's career began at Multiplex, where notable achievements include serving as Site Manager on the £200m Principle Place Residential project, and progressing from Site Supervisor to Project Engineer on the $250m AUD Capital Square project. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Western Australia, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
