Tom O'Toole

Tom O'Toole is an experienced professional in the construction and technology sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Vect AI and Co-Founder of All Things Bloom since November 2023. Tom also holds the position of Managing Director at Bloom Construction Group since May 2023 and contributes as a volunteer at The Soup Kitchen (Fitzrovia) since April 2021. In academia, Tom serves as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Westminster starting November 2024. Previously, Tom was a Director at The Thornton Partnership, where multiple roles included Contracts Manager and Project Manager from February 2014 to April 2023. Leadership experience includes serving as President of City of London Toastmasters District 91 from June 2017 to May 2018 and roles such as Construction Manager at Knight Harwood and Site Manager at Mulalley. Education credentials include an Hons degree in Construction Management from Munster Technological University, completed from 2003 to 2007.
