AJ is a passionate advocate for human-centered entrepreneurship, helping individuals connect with the people side of company building. They served as the CEO of Foundrs from 2021 to 2023, fostering a supportive community for over 400 entrepreneurs through retreats and events. Currently, AJ is involved in various initiatives, including being a Board Member at OPUS and All Together, and contributing to the "Scale with Soul" podcast that documents best practices in startup leadership. AJ's entrepreneurial journey includes founding nightclub events in the UK and running a digital marketing agency named Growth Squared, alongside multiple past ventures and roles in growth and marketing teams. They hold degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Exeter and IE University.
