Rong Ye

Rong Ye is a seasoned professional in Human Resources, currently serving as a Talent Experience Partner at All3 since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a People Adviser at LACE Partners, and a Human Resources Adviser as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at Foxtons. Rong's career began with a progression from HR Officer and HR Coordinator at Belmond, to a Technical Specialist and Specialist at Apple, where customer service and product knowledge were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes administrative roles at Prokil London Kensington and a Sales Executive position at Virgin Media. Rong holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Westminster, in addition to an IB from St. Dominic's International School.
