Simon Freer

Simon Freer serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Constructive Media Group since October 2018, and holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Liberty Global Content since November 2012, focusing on strategy, business development, M&A, and general management. Additionally, Simon has been a Non-Executive Director at all3media since November 2014 and previously held the role of Non-Executive Chairman at Formula E Holdings from May 2014 to September 2019, both positions aimed at driving growth and value creation. Prior experience includes serving as an investment advisor at SF Ltd and a Partner and Head of TMT at 3i Group plc, where responsibilities involved leading the Technology, Media and Telecoms sector team. Consulting experience was gained at Arthur Andersen from January 1998 to July 2000. Simon Freer earned a first-class honours degree in Geography from the University of Southampton (1994-1997) and attended Merchant Taylors School in Northwood.
