Ryan Cleary is a Consulting Scientist with over 20 years of experience in meteorology, specializing in emissions development, air quality modeling, project management, and permitting services. Currently at ALL4, Ryan provides air dispersion modeling for industrial clients and supports compliance with regulatory standards. Previously, Ryan held positions at Wood and Computer Sciences Corporation, contributing to the development and management of air quality modeling projects and collaborations with the EPA. Ryan earned a Master’s Degree in Meteorology from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Hamilton College.
