Wei Hua

Wei Hua is a seasoned engineering executive currently serving as the VP of Engineering at All4Cure since December 2022. With a prolific tenure at Microsoft from August 1994 to March 2021, Wei held multiple principal leadership roles, including Principal Engineering Manager, Principal Software Engineering Manager, and Principal Group Engineering Manager, where significant contributions included leading design verification teams for Surface devices, developing a crowdsourcing platform for Machine Translation, and overseeing quality and service engineering for Skype for Business. Wei's expertise extends to managing automation and test infrastructures, cloud services, and shipping critical software releases such as Windows 8 and the Windows Deployment Service role in Windows 2008 Server. Academically, Wei holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Fudan University.
