Our flagship service, The Companion (www.trygghetssamtalet.se), is a virtual voice that calls older adults every morning to ask how they’re feeling, offer meaningful conversation, and promote daily well-being. The calls are short but significant — powered by AI trained to listen, respond, and communicate with warmth, empathy, and understanding.

If a call goes unanswered or something seems wrong, the service immediately alerts family members or caregivers — providing peace of mind for both the user and their loved ones.

Many seniors today live with limited social contact or unwanted loneliness. The Companion acts as a trusted daily presence — a friendly voice that brings reassurance, connection, and care, especially for those living alone or with limited support.

The service is developed in close collaboration with SPF Seniorerna, Sweden’s leading senior organization, together with families, caregivers, and municipalities. This partnership ensures that our solutions are technically advanced yet simple to use — always with people at the center.
