Our history spans over 30 years, and during that time, we’ve helped thousands of customers find a new home, with homes and estates spread across many of Sydney’s most popular areas. This has included expanding to the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, and South Coast, giving us a deep understanding of our markets and helping us create vibrant communities.

It’s a history we are proud to share, with gratitude to our in-house teams and our experienced and valued external subcontractors. We are always looking ahead, with plans to continue improving our range of homes, building in sought-after locations, and offering inclusions and options to suit a variety of lifestyle needs and budgets.

Founded in 1991 by Barney Allam, OAM, the Allam Property Group grew to become one of New South Wales' largest residential development groups. While Barney’s vision and leadership shaped everything we do, his passing has not changed the commitment of our team to uphold the values he instilled in us. We remain focused on building high-quality communities and homes that reflect his dedication to functional, liveable spaces.

Our team shares his vision of creating innovative, family-friendly communities that blend seamlessly into their surroundings. From the very beginning, we take a holistic approach to community development—assessing location, family needs, and designing estates and homes to match the lifestyle of our buyers. We pay close attention to every detail, from home orientation to landscaping, ensuring our homes feel like a true place to belong.

We are also committed to making the process of purchasing your new home as easy as possible so that when you come home to Allam, you’ll know you’ve made the right choice.
