Lara Morrison

Lara Morrison is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent management and business consulting. Currently serving as the Business Effectiveness Manager at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited since August 2022, Lara operates as an HR Business Partner across multiple teams and oversees talent management and graduate recruitment initiatives. Prior to this role, Lara worked as an HR Business Consultant from July 2017 to February 2023, consulting for a variety of clients including Woolworths and Pearson South Africa. Lara has held significant positions such as Talent Director at Pearson and Head of Talent at Union Swiss, along with a foundational HR role at Grant Thornton.
