Founded in 2017, and by working closely with industry experts in the building controls sector, we've engineered several powerful cloud-based applications that take advantage of modern software technologies to fully understand and analyse exactly how buildings operate.

Our flagship product - 'Building Book', is a Software as a Service platform accessible anywhere with an internet connection. Building Book is a tool designed to assist building energy managers in understanding exactly how their buildings use energy, the environmental impact their buildings have, and most importantly, where savings can be made.

We also develop open APIs for use by certain services and educational institutions that will allow experts and students alike to use our data to improve and develop their own understanding of building energy management. We believe opening up these resources to others will have a positive impact on the UK energy industry going forward.
